Default How would you compare...

How would you compare
ATI 4200 Radeon HD 4200 with ATI x1800?

If it sucks what would you recommend for a gamer?

The integrated HD4200 sucks for gaming.

The x1800 is much better than the HD4200, but even it only hovers around the Intel HD4000 performance (depending upon the exact model - XT, XL, GTO).

If you have an x1800 (XT preferably) and you have the proper graphics card slot to plug it into, it would definitely be worth using over the HD4200 for GW1 or 2 (or for gaming in general).

Beyond that it depends a bit upon your power supply, but the best video card you can get, without worrying about the power supply, would be an HD7750.
